Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to barred incoming calls on MTN.
1. Open the MTN MyPhone app: Download and open the MTN MyPhone app on your phone to manage your MTN line, including blocking calls.
2. Go to the “Call Blocking” section: Navigate to the “Call Blocking” section under the “Settings” tab in the app. Here, you will be able to add numbers to your call block list.
3. Add numbers to the call block list: Enter the phone number(s) in the provided field and click on the “Add” button or separate multiple numbers with commas.
4. Confirm the addition: Receive a confirmation message after adding the number(s) to the call block list, making sure to read and understand it before proceeding.
5. Test the call blocking feature: Call one of the numbers on your call block list and receive an error message indicating that the call has been blocked.
This feature is only available for MTN lines in Nigeria. If you are using a different network or country, check with your service provider for similar call blocking options.
